Private Dining and Special Events
The Private Rooms at Buckingham Gate are adjacent to the hotel and have their own entrance and reception area, allowing all functions to be enjoyed in private.
The classic suites can provide the flexibility to suit your event from 8 to 150 guests.
The private dining rooms range in size and can accommodate up to 150 people for a dinner and dance. All rooms are located on the 1st floor and also benefit from a private cloakroom and reception area.
Edwardian I: This room is traditional in style, is the largest of the private dining rooms and is the perfect place for larger events. It also has the advantage of a link with Edwardian II.
Edwardian II:As with Edwardian I, this room also features turn-of-the-century wood panelling, chandeliers and custom-made woven carpets.
Buckingham: The distinctive interior of the Buckingham Room was designed with smaller banquets and dinners in mind. The room can be divided to provide a reception or breakout area. This room has large windows providing natural light.
Taj: This room comprises two generously sized connecting rooms, making it a perfect place for functions requiring two separate areas, for example, a reception area with separate dining area.
Windsor / Clarence: These two rooms are ideal for intimate private dinners accommodating up to eight people. Both rooms benefit from natural light and also have a private washroom and toilet.
Guests in the private dining rooms also have access to our unique, tranquil courtyard, featuring a Shakespearean frieze, ornamental Victorian fountain and well-kept garden, ideal for cocktail and champagne receptions.
The private dining team are experienced in catering for everything from an important dinner meeting to a large themed party, and will organise your event, leaving you to relax and enjoy the occasion.
