We recommend booking your treatment as early as possible in order to avoid disappointment. Simply dial extension 8307 or visit the Spa at 51 reception in person.
Cancellations
Please allow 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid a 100% charge. When you arrive late for your appointment time, we may not be able to carry out your full treatment. Should you be more than half an hour late, a charge of 100% of the reserved treatment will be made, in addition to the cost of any subsequent treatment.
