My wife and I have stayed with you many times now when we visit London, most recently for three days last week.
It is always a pleasure to come back to the Crowne Plaza London-St James's. It is of course a beautiful building, full of the character that so many modern hotels lack. But what really makes the difference is the people. Everyone at the hotel, whatever their function, is always welcoming and seems genuinely concerned to make our stay as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. It makes all the difference between just having somewhere to sleep while in London and feeling a sense of being in a home. We would like to say a big thank you to everyone at the hotel.
We look forward to coming back again.

My wife and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza London-St James on Saturday, 2nd April during our trip to London to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
I would just like to say how happy we were with your hotel and in particular the service of your staff. I booked our room over the telephone and was greeted by your friendly and helpful Senior Reservations Agent, Emily Johnson.
When we arrived at the hotel we were very pleased to discover that we had been upgraded from a Superior to a Deluxe room. We spent the afternoon in the Club at St James Court and the staff there too were friendly and accommodating.
We spent the evening at a concert at the Royal Festival Hall and enjoyed a slow walk back to the hotel. As a result, by the time we returned to the hotel the restaurants had closed so we decided to order Room Service. Not only did the food arrive in a timely manner and of high quality but also, and importantly, the food was hot. I have had room service on several occassion and often find the food to be cold and of poor quality, which leads me to generally avoid this service. We were also very pleased to receive a bottle of complimentary champagne with our meal from your Duty Manager, Aditya Dewan.
All in all, we had a wonderful stay at your hotel and although I named only 2 members of your staff, all the staff we spoke to were friendly, helpful and courteous. It makes staying in a hotel all the more enjoyable especially in a city where often times hotel staff can be very objectionable.
We will certainly be returning to your hotel and recommending your establishment to our friends.
